Tata Steel
Tata Steel have been working with HETA for apprentice training since 2008. Based on the Tata site at Scunthorpe, HETA train around 60 apprentices a year who are all future Tata employees.

Production Manager Steve Batty approached HETA to request some assistance with his workforce recruitment. Having shortlisted around 50 applicants for various operational jobs, Vivergo asked HETA to devise a selection process for these prospective employees.

AAK
In 2010, AAK Factory Manager Conrad Penrose came to HETA with a request for Adult Upskilling. HETA's Hull workshop manager Matt Gardner and his team took up the challenge and AAK have been delighted with the results.
