I wanted to pass on my appreciation for the way that Matt Gardner and his team delivered the Operations (Production) Technician recruitment event.
I was impressed with the way HETA responded to our needs and were able to offer a range of selection exercises that enabled candidates to open up and give themselves the best opportunity to demonstrate their suitability for Vivergo Fuels.
To handle 40 candidates through 10 different exercises, some of them lasting an hour was very impressive. I understand that you had to suspend other training in order to help us out.
Matt had all test results in my hands within 48 hours, truly great work.
