GreenSTEM Project
This project was funded by Yorkshire Forward and was designed to link the highly topical theme of the environment, with its problems and opportunities, with the teaching and learning of new subjects.
Key Features of the Project
- Developing and deploying new and exciting teaching materials in STEM subjects based on environmental themes.
- Linking core teachers with companies and/or academic institutions to allow them access to the latest thinking in environmental problem solving.
- Engaging the developers of the material in the training of other teachers.

Small Steps Big Effects
Small Steps Big Effects is a Key Stage 2 resource pack from the GreenSTEM for the future project. There are 5 different categories which have a series of 6 lessons per category. Overall, the Small Steps Big Effects resources amounts to 30 hours work.
