Selection Testing
In the current climate many companies receive high volumes of applicants when advertising a post either internally and especially externally.
This service is used as a tool to help you choose between the potential candidates that look good on paper but are not necessarily suitable and the people who are right for the role you require.
It will also provide a lot of useful material for discussion points when interviewing potential candidates. We offer a wide range from basic ability testing for operators potentially being up skilled or moving into team leader roles to more full on skills assessments of trade specific engineers who need to fulfil a specific company job requirement.
