Training Needs Analysis

Many companies have people within their business in roles that they are wishing to expand but are not sure if the staff they have are currently competent to do so.

Before spending money on any unnecessary training a TNA will highlight any deficiencies in a workforces’ capability.

The TNA consists of a series of trade specific tests designed to highlight weak areas, if any, in an individual’s current competence whilst also highlighting an individuals potential to go on to further training and expansion of skills set. After this any specific training requirements will be detailed.
