Humberside Engineering Training Association (HETA) is a dynamic and expanding Group Training Association (GTA) with training centres in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. We specialise in providing Level 3 & 4 engineering apprenticeships, higher education, and upskilling courses to over 300 client companies.

We are looking for an End-Point Assessment (EPA) Coordinator, who will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient coordination of the End-Point Assessment process for HETA learners.
You will act as the main point of contact for EPA-related activities, working closely with learners, employers, assessors, field teams, managers and external End-Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs).
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the EPA pipeline, supporting learners through the gateway process, coordinating assessment bookings and ensuring all required documentation and evidence is accurate, complete and submitted within the required timescales.
You will manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, resolve scheduling and logistical issues, and provide employers and learners with clear information and guidance throughout the EPA journey.
The role will also involve maintaining accurate records and systems, monitoring learner compliance and readiness for gateway, reviewing relevant data and reports, and supporting the smooth delivery of EPA activities, including invigilation where required.
This is a highly organised and stakeholder-focused role, requiring excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring learners receive a high-quality and well-coordinated EPA experience.
Essential
· GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
· Proven experience in administrative role, in the education or assessment sector.
· Experience of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in handling assessment data.
· Knowledge of the EPA process and regulatory requirements.
· Experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office programmes.
· Experience of using other software programmes (e.g. CRM/PICS).
· Strong organisational skills.
· Excellent communication skills inc. written, oral, email and telephone.
· Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required.
· Able to meet challenging targets and thrive under pressure.
· Flexible and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change.
· Able to provide administration support to apprentices and employers during the EPA process.
· Commitment to health & safety and equality of opportunity within a diverse workplace.
· Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
· Ability to work to quality standards.
Desirable
· Business Degree (or working towards).
The position will require you to work across our three sites in the Humber sub region. The position can be based at any of our three sites. However, hybrid working will be considered for this role.
